TWBCC
Trauma Without Borders Care Collaborative
An innovative, team-based mental health care model that integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy with pharmacist-led psychiatric medication support.
The Model
Integrated, team-based mental health care.
Our approach pairs licensed clinical social workers with psychiatric pharmacists who collaborate closely with prescribing clinicians to optimize medications safely and effectively while therapy and psychosocial support remain continuously active.
Designed to reduce barriers to care, improve safety monitoring, and ease prescriber workload, TWBCC is especially responsive to individuals affected by trauma, migration-related stress, language barriers, and stigma.
By combining culturally responsive therapy, structured medication follow-up, and measurement-based care, TWBCC improves access, strengthens treatment effectiveness, and promotes equitable, sustainable mental health care.

Licensed clinical social workers provide culturally responsive therapy grounded in evidence-based modalities.
