Dr. Sylvia Worrell, D.O.

Dr. Worrell holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and co-founded Inspired Consciousness LLC to address a critical gap in mental health care—ensuring that underserved and culturally diverse communities have access to compassionate, high-quality psychiatric services.

Her vision is to establish a home where inspired clinicians can deliver wraparound care that fosters resilience and healing for adults and families who have historically been overlooked.

Sagitta Woodman, M.S.W., LICSW, LICSW

Education

Sagitta is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in community mental health. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to helping individuals navigate complex emotional challenges and reclaim their sense of well-being.

Sagitta’s career is marked by her leadership in trauma-informed care for refugees and immigrants, including founding a pioneering refugee mental health clinic and directing innovative behavioral health programs across Massachusetts. She is recognized for her advocacy in language access, her work with government and health agencies, and her commitment to training interpreters and empowering future social workers from immigrant communities.

She has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Central and South America. She is an expert in working with immigrants, refugees, and torture survivors.

Sagitta's therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered. She honors the cultural differences in how mental health is understood across the world and incorporates this awareness into her work with compassion and care.

Outside of her clinical work, Sagitta is an avid hiker and runner, and actively participates in humanitarian initiatives such as the Harvard Humanitarian Sectors' Crisis Simulation and RISE. Her recognition by Marquis Who's Who highlights her achievements as a compassionate leader and innovator in mental health. Sagitta’s story inspires trust and hope, demonstrating the profound impact of empathetic, trauma-informed care on individuals and communities alike.

Lena Nganga, LICSW

Education

Lena is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults facing challenges such as mood dysregulation, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family concerns, life transitions, and trauma or abuse.

She has worked across diverse clinical settings, including residential programs, outpatient services, and schools with students of various ages and backgrounds.

Lena takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals.

Lena looks forward to working alongside each client to identify personal goals. She is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and thrive.

Dr. Bashar Sameer Alwan Albadri, Pharm.D., R.Ph.

Education

Dr. Albadri is a licensed pharmacist and clinical psychiatric specialist who provides medication management for adults across multiple states via telehealth and in-person services.

He is driven to expand access to evidence-based medication expertise and culturally responsive care to underserved communities across the country. As a refugee and survivor of a decade-long lived experience in an active war zone, his unique journey fuels his passion for serving individuals with disabilities, people of color, minorities, and war survivors.

Dr. Albadri is a Principle Investigator actively leading clinical research to address mental health gaps for refugees and migrants in the U.S. He co-presented the 'Trauma Without Borders' care model at the 2026 NASW Symposium—an innovative approach advancing personalized care for diverse populations.
