Inspired Consciousness LLC
About
At Inspired Consciousness LLC, we offer compassionate, client-centered psychotherapy and psychiatry services for adults navigating life's challenges. Our work is grounded in cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and a holistic understanding of mental health and well-being.
We specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders, providing care that honors each individual's unique identity and lived experience. Our team has extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, including survivors of trauma and torture, refugees, immigrants, first responders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
One of the core strengths of our practice is the integration of psychotherapy and psychiatry under one roof. We believe that healing is most effective when care is coordinated and collaborative. This team-based approach allows us to better understand the full scope of each client's needs.
We believe you are the expert of your own experience. Our goal is to create a safe, affirming space where healing can unfold. Together, we'll explore the root causes of distress, develop personalized coping strategies, and support your journey towards greater peace, self-awareness, and fulfillment.
Founded in 2021 by Dr. Worrell and Ms. Woodman, Inspired Consciousness LLC was created to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care through collaborative, ethical, and culturally responsive practices. We are honored to walk beside you on your path to healing, growth, and a deeper sense of consciousness.
