Dr. Bashar Sameer Alwan Albadri, PharmD
Doctor of Pharmacy
Chief Clinical Officer
Medication Safety & Integrated Care Programs
Clinical Program Development
Quality care is supported by more than individual appointments. Our leadership structure helps providers communicate clearly, protect privacy, use evidence-informed practices, and keep safety, ethics, and coordination at the center of the patient experience.
Dr. Albadri was appointed by the founders to bring emerging leadership with a focus on bridging mental health care delivery gaps. His role combines evidence-based protocols, thoughtful use of technology, and a commitment to building systems that can support mental health practices across diverse settings.
The name "Aloha" reflects a guiding principle: the Hawaiian word carries meanings of peace, compassion, and the breath we share. Dr. Albadri brings a comprehensive understanding of global health—recognizing that accessible, quality mental health care must meet people where they are, across every geography and community. His aim is to validate clinical protocols through institutional partnerships and evidence-based collaboration, driving measurable change as the Inspired Aloha mission spreads from Hawaiʻi to Maine and beyond.
Your therapist or prescriber remains independently responsible for the care they provide within their own professional license and scope of practice. When clinically appropriate and permitted by privacy rules, our providers may coordinate care, consult with one another, and use structured documentation, quality-review, and outcome-tracking practices to support continuity of care.
For Dr. Albadri, this work is about helping the practice treat the whole person, not just symptoms. His focus is on creating care systems that help clinicians do their best work, especially when treatment is complex, uncertain, or crosses disciplines.
Our Commitment to Transparency
The Chief Clinical Officer role does not include medical diagnosis, psychiatric prescribing, psychotherapy, or clinical supervision of independently licensed practitioners in medicine, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or other licensed disciplines. Each provider practices independently within their own scope of licensure and remains responsible for their own clinical judgment, documentation, and patient care.
This initiative is led by Inspired Aloha Collective in partnership with Inspired Consciousness LLC.
